Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals
- Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients
- Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
- Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
- Maintain a clean and organized salon
- Open/closing business, daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
- Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when needed
- Attend off-site sales and job training
