We hire students before they're licensed. Our Future Stylist Development Program lets you learn how a successful salon operates, build professional confidence, and become part of the team before graduation.

Our Salon Coordinator position is designed for students who want to build confidence, gain real salon experience, and prepare for a successful career behind the chair. You'll work alongside experienced stylists and salon leaders while learning the business, the guest experience, and the daily operations that help great salons succeed.

Responsibilities

As a Salon Coordinator, you'll gain experience in:

• Greeting guests and creating a great first impression.
• Managing the front desk and guest flow.
• Scheduling and answering phones.
• Retail product knowledge and recommendations.
• Salon cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Inventory and salon organization.
• Marketing and community events.
• Team communication and daily operations.
• Professional expectations that help stylists build successful careers.

Requirements

You may be a perfect fit if you:

• Are currently enrolled in a Washington State Cosmetology or Barber program.
• Enjoy working with people.
• Want real salon experience while you're in school.
• Are dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team.
• Want to begin building your professional career before graduation.

No salon experience is required. We'll teach you what you need to know.
