Responsibilities

- Provide a high standard of assistance to Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing tasks such as shampooing clients, applying and monitoring treatments, executing conditioning treatments. - Maintain standards of Tricoci by managing blow dry/self-serve stations, hairstylist stations, shampoo areas, dispensary areas, and laundry. - Ensure safety standards and cleanliness by keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized. - Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services; always ensure compliance with board guidelines. - Actively engage in the Tricoci team to promote teamwork and high levels of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.

Requirements

- Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. - Strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships. - Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a similar role preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

Pay

$15 - $17 per hour

Schedule

Part-time and full-time roles available. Schedules include evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
