Salon Assistant - Schaumburg

Responsibilities

- Provide a high standard of assistance to Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing: - Shampooing clients, - Applying and monitoring treatments, - Executing conditioning treatments, - Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining: - Blow dry/self-serve stations, - Hairstylist stations, - Shampoo areas, - Dispensary areas, - Laundry (keeping up with the flow of services), - Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized. - Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance. - Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.

Requirements

- Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. - Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships. - Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a similar role preferred. - Ability to work flexible hours.

Skills

Pay

$15 - $17.5 per hour
