Responsibilities
- Shampooing clients
- Applying and monitoring treatments
- Executing conditioning treatments
- Supporting the standards of Tricoci by maintaining:
- Blow dry/self-serve stations
- Hairstylist stations
- Shampoo areas
- Dispensary areas
- Laundry (keeping up with the flow of services)
- Ensuring safety standards and cleanliness
- Keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized
- Following all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services
- Absolutely ensuring board compliance
- Being an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team
- Promoting teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa
Requirements
- Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships
- Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for part-time positions only)
Skills
