About the role

The role is an entry-level sales position aimed at supporting the DIY business and achieving sales and service objectives. Key responsibilities include providing excellent selling experiences, achieving personal and store sales goals, offering DIY services, maintaining store standards, and managing inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Offer DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed

STORE DRIVER

This is an entry-level store position supporting the delivery of auto parts to valued commercial customers while also assisting with task and inventory processes in the store. Store Drivers are responsible for safely delivering auto parts, picking and staging parts for customer orders, picking up returns and cores, dropping off weekly and monthly store sales flyers, daily collection of credit accounts, and other related tasks including maintaining store cleanliness and general store and truck stocking.

About The Position

• This is an entry-level store position supporting the delivery of auto parts to our valued commercial CARQUEST customers
• Picking and staging parts for customer orders
• Picking up returns and cores
• Dropping off weekly and monthly store sales flyers
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Other related tasks including maintaining store cleanliness and general store and truck stocking

What You Bring To The Team

• Full valid driver’s license - You have your full driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record and have strong driving and navigation ability
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail – ability pay close attention to detail, read invoices, understand instructions and correctly pick parts
