Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive on the lot and engage in the sales process
- Engage in conversations to fully understand customer needs and manage expectations
- Aid customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their requirements
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow up daily on sales leads and calls
- Maintain inventory and store
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers
- Bring your best self each day with a positive attitude
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work Saturdays (store closed Sundays)
- Positive can-do mentality and collaborative team spirit
- Detail-oriented follow-through and closing skills
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- The willingness to follow up with customers
- Pass a pre-employment background check
