Salesforce TPM Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM solutions
- Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs
- Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems
- Oversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards
- Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems
- Optimize solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloads
- Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud
- Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Work with stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities for enhancement
- Implement innovative strategies to elevate client engagement and service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of Salesforce experience with 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM implementation experience (solution + technical design)

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
