About the role

This role is for a Salesforce Technical Product Owner with strong Experience Cloud expertise to drive end-to-end product delivery across lead management, enrollment, and customer-facing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with stakeholders to define roadmap and business requirements
• Drive delivery of Salesforce solutions across customer journeys
• Act as SME for Experience Cloud and related Salesforce capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Ensure quality delivery of high-volume, customer-facing features

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Owner in Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong hands-on Experience Cloud expertise (key differentiator)
• Experience working in Agile teams with end-to-end ownership
• Comfortable working within Salesforce platform (not just functional PO)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related field
• Minimum 12 Years Of Total IT Experience Is Required
