Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Experience Cloud projects from design through deployment.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor offshore development teams.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Design and configure Experience Cloud sites, branding, navigation, and security.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.
• Design scalable data models and implement Salesforce security best practices.
• Manage CI/CD and release processes using Git and Copado.
• Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production deployments.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience in solution design, integrations, and technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Copado and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Architect certifications.
