About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions tailored for financial services clients. This includes leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to build scalable, secure, and efficient applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimize existing Salesforce implementations to improve performance and user experience
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry regulations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and architecture
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce API and tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce Platform, AppExchange, and Lightning
• Experience with data modeling and database design
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Skills

• Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or Python
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
