Salesforce Software Engineer

About the Role

In this role, you will support Salesforce.com (SFDC) development and integration within a large enterprise environment. You will build rapid prototypes, present platform demos, and implement solutions based on client requirements. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders across the organization and lead major technical phases of significant projects by coordinating technical support efforts. You will also help evaluate vendor capabilities and support the growth of junior engineers through training and guidance. This is a remote position.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.

Certification Requirements

Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications are desired for this role.

Clearance Requirements

The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is required for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the client with Salesforce.com (SFDC) development and integration in a large enterprise organization.
• Develop rapid prototypes, present demos of capabilities and functions of the SFDC platform, and implement solutions based on client requirements.
• Interface with all levels in the client organization directly and leverage expertise in communication.
• Plan and conduct major technical phases of significant projects by coordinating the efforts of technical support staff and the performance of assigned projects.
• Review the completion and implementation of technical products and evaluate vendors’ capabilities.
• Assist with training junior software engineer staff.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Apex, Java, C#, and JavaScript languages
• 5+ years of experience with developing on SFDC or Force.com platform
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics)
• 3+ years of experience with version control tools like GitHub or Bitbucket
• Experience with the Agile development process

Pay

Pay range: $40.00–$65.00 per hour. This pay range is based on qualifications and experience, and assumes all role requirements are met.
