About the role
We are looking for a software engineer to join our Professional Services team and work directly with customers to implement, extend, and integrate our compliance platform built on Salesforce. This is a hands-on technical role — you will write code, build integrations, migrate data, and solve problems that don't always come with a clear spec. The work spans Salesforce development, Python scripting, and AWS-based workflows. You will work across multiple projects and customer environments, often picking up requirements on the fly and figuring out the best path forward independently.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform — Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Migrate data from legacy systems to Salesforce
- Solve complex technical problems independently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, implementation, and customer success
- Use AI tools as a native part of how you build solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software engineering
- Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration development
- Strong understanding of Python scripting
- Experience with AWS-based workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
