We are seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Engagement Manager with relevant experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career in Salesforce technologies and helping to grow our professional services practice.
Responsibilities
- Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of the project
- Develop, review, and approve project plan(s) and scope; ensuring all facets of the project deliverables are met
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Requirements
- Experience in managing Salesforce and/or other Cloud Software implementation projects using LEAN AGILE methodology
- At least five years of Salesforce Project Management, Engagement Management Experience
- Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least two Salesforce implementations
Qualifications
- Required: Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, PD etc.)
- Agile Certifications
Skills
- Experience in managing Salesforce and/or other Cloud Software implementation projects using LEAN AGILE methodology
- At least five years of Salesforce Project Management, Engagement Management Experience

Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston.
