Salesforce RCA Implementation Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) Implementation Expert to lead and execute deep, complex Salesforce RCA initiatives across business-critical workflows. This role is responsible for identifying systemic issues within Salesforce implementations, driving root cause analysis, and delivering durable, scalable solutions that improve platform stability, data integrity, and business outcomes.

This is a hands-on, expert-level role requiring advanced Salesforce knowledge, strong analytical capability, and the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) efforts across complex business processes and system behaviors
• Analyze recurring Salesforce issues related to data integrity, automation, integrations, security, and performance
• Identify underlying systemic causes (not symptoms) and design long-term remediation strategies
• Implement and optimize Salesforce solutions including configuration, automation, and platform enhancements
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate RCA findings into actionable technical and process improvements
• Evaluate existing Salesforce architecture, automation, and governance to identify risks and gaps
• Support post-implementation validation to ensure RCA resolutions are effective and sustainable
• Document RCA findings, remediation plans, and best practices for long-term platform health
• Collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and leadership to drive platform reliability and adoption

Requirements

• Expert-level Salesforce experience
• Proven experience leading Salesforce RCA initiatives in complex environments
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, automation, and security
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and troubleshooting platform behavior
• Experience analyzing issues across integrations, data pipelines, and downstream systems
• Ability to communicate RCA findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations or enterprise transformations
• Experience working in Agile or scaled delivery environments
• Exposure to governance, change management, and platform optimization initiatives
