SalesForce Project Manager

About the role

Technical / Digital Project Manager for a 6‑month+ project with a New York City–based client. The work centers on the client’s Salesforce CRM system: re‑digitization and redesign of a website, enhancement of existing sites, and improvement of the broader digital ecosystem. You will join a team that relies on your expertise and flexibility to iteratively improve their work practices.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Scrum Master on technical product teams
• 2+ years as a Project Manager on application development or similar software projects
• 2+ years managing non‑technical work (e.g., Marketing, Communications, or UX)
• Proficiency in Jira administration, including JQL, reporting, and automation
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, developer, or tester — a plus
