About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale CRM transformation programs, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk mitigation, timeline tracking, and ensuring successful execution of complex, multi-million-dollar CRM initiatives. This role requires the ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive collaboration across business and technology stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with customer and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale CRM transformation programs
• Oversee stakeholder management, governance, and risk mitigation
• Track timelines and ensure successful execution of multi-million-dollar CRM initiatives
• Manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across business and technology stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with customer and organizational objectives

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in project or program management
• Proven track record of managing 8-15 member teams and delivering multi-million-dollar CRM programs
• Experience in managing enterprise-level Salesforce programs, customer experience initiatives, and complex integration environments
• Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud program management
• Domain knowledge of Entitlements and Customer 360, including contractual and transactional customer data
• Hands-on understanding of integrations across WXP, Neuron, Amplify, and MDG platforms

Pay

Salary range: $80,500 to $157,500
