Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure the project stays on track for assigned client projects
  • Drive implementations of high-quality AI and digital service solutions
  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project, with a focus on building strong customer relationships
  • Facilitate or co-lead with the customer project manager regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders
  • Lead client-facing Outcomes and Business Objectives sessions at project kickoff, defining success metrics, desired business outcomes, and measurable goals. Then track and report progress against those metrics throughout the engagement
  • Support requirements ownership across the engagement. Partnering with the SA to ensure business requirements are clearly captured, groomed, and traceable through delivery
  • Comfort in owning user story creation and leading grooming sessions alongside the Solution Architect, owning the quality of user stories and acceptance criteria, and being able to present and speak to them confidently with clients and project teams
  • Assist consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during requirements, design, pilot and user acceptance testing sessions
  • Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordinating test plans, tracking defects, and driving resolution with the project team
  • Support end-user training efforts by coordinating training logistics, contributing to training materials, and ensuring readiness across client stakeholder groups
  • Plan, initiate & manage Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Artificial Intelligence (AI) software projects
  • Cook up with the Solution & Technical Architects to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications
  • Execute role of Agile Scrum Master and guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process for systems and product delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation on the Salesforce Platform
  • Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
  • Experience applying Agile approaches to project management
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or Amazon Connect, serving as project manager or scrum leader
  • Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and presenting functional content directly to client stakeholders
  • Experience overseeing blueprint and implementation projects on the Salesforce Platform
  • A certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management
  • Professional and confident while maintaining a focus on customer success

Pay

  • California Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $266,300 USD
  • Cleveland Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $213,000 USD
  • Colorado Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
  • District of Columbia Annual Salary Range: $100,500 to $245,000 USD
  • Illinois Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $230,000 USD
  • Maryland Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
  • Massachusetts Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $245,000 USD
  • Minnesota Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
  • New York Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $266,300 USD
  • New Jersey Annual Salary Range: $100,500 to $266,300 USD
  • Texas Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
  • Tennessee Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $230,000 USD
  • Washington Annual Salary Range: $100,500 to $245,400 USD
