Salesforce Project Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will manage multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality solutions efficiently. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with Salesforce, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies
• Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a Salesforce environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionalities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related integrations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus
• Experience with Salesforce API and integration
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
