Salesforce Project Manager
What's the Job?
Lead Agile delivery initiatives using Scrum and SAFe methodologies for Salesforce and AI-enabled projects.
Manage end-to-end Salesforce transformation and AI-powered programs from strategy to deployment and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
What's Needed?
- Deep expertise in Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe, with Scrum Master and SAFe certifications preferred.
- Proven success managing complex Salesforce and AI programs, including CRM modernization and automation initiatives.
- Strong experience with data-driven reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce Analytics.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce DevOps tools, along with AI platforms like Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.
