Salesforce Project Manager

About the role

A dynamic Salesforce Project Manager is needed to lead cross-functional teams in implementing complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, including experience with Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and industry standards
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders
• Work closely with Salesforce consultants and developers to ensure successful implementation
• Document project processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and related tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and ecosystem
• Understanding of Salesforce customization and integration

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with Salesforce API and integration
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• $80,000 - $120,000 annually
