Salesforce Platform Engineer
About the role
This role requires a full stack developer with 2+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions and solve complex problems within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop software programming applications from vision to production readiness
- Identify and implement system improvements
- Collaborate with clients to understand and address their most difficult challenges
- Work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
Requirements
- Obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, product management, and software products
- Experience with Java, Python, C#, C/C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal
- Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
