Salesforce marketing Cloud Trainer

About the role

This position is fully remote and a contract position focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will center around building and delivering a comprehensive training program to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive training program for internal teams using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and maintain a curriculum from the ground up.
• Deliver structured training programs to end users.
• Share and reference previous training work or materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective training delivery.

Requirements

• Expert level experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience building a training curriculum from the ground up.
• Experience delivering structured training programs to end users.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with higher education organizations is a plus.
• Tailor training for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience running boot-camp-style or workshop-based training programs.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
