Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce FSC Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations and drive digital transformation across financial services organizations. As an FSC Architect, you will bridge complex business requirements with scalable Salesforce solutions, leading end-to-end architecture across Financial Services Cloud implementations in banking, wealth management, or insurance domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and design scalable FSC solutions.
• Architect data models, including client/household hierarchies, advisor workflows, and referrals.
• Design and optimize Service Cloud capabilities, including Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Knowledge Base.
• Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
• Implement security frameworks, including SSO, MFA, Salesforce Shield, and GDPR/PCI compliance.
• Guide development teams, conduct design reviews, and manage CI/CD processes (Copado + Git).
• Develop Apex, Triggers, LWC components, and custom Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of Salesforce experience with strong FSC expertise.
• Experience in the BFSI domain (Wealth Management / Insurance preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth).
• Experience with integrations and large-scale data environments.
