Responsibilities

• Facilitates customer requirements and solution design workshops
• Gather requirements and conduct business process analysis related to features and functionality across Trane Technologies Strategic Business Units
• Captures and maps business requirements to system/technical requirements and identifies gaps and risks
• Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing
• Understands the technical depth of the project and validates the correct resources for the project
• Manages and participates in the entire software development lifecycle
• Recommends alternative approaches, analyzes impacts, and provides sizing estimates
• Participates in and facilitates development efforts to execute upon needed requirements or solution design changes to support improvements to the user experience
• Manage the development of project backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria for development
• Serve as a subject matter expert to drive development decisions and prioritization
• Participate in support of existing, complex multi-disciplined solutions and in future implementations
• Collaborate with business functions and other IT teams to define, plan, model, govern, and implement Salesforce capabilities
• Proactively communicate risks associated with solution design
