Salesforce Federal Sales Leader
About the role
Booz Allen is expanding our Salesforce business across the warfighter mission space. We are seeking a proven federal growth leader who can identify customer problems that are a strong fit for Salesforce, create funded opportunities, and convert Salesforce platform demand into Booz Allen implementation, integration, and adoption revenue. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who knows how to create opportunities rather than wait for formal procurements.
You will work directly with Department of War customers, Booz Allen account and delivery leaders, and Salesforce federal sales teams to move opportunities from customer discovery to funded and executable engagements as an integrated team. You will combine Booz Allen’s customer access, cleared delivery workforce, mission expertise, and Salesforce engineering capabilities to create a differentiated federal Salesforce business.
This role offers the opportunity to shape Booz Allen’s Salesforce growth strategy, establish repeatable sales plays, and build a portfolio of mission-oriented Salesforce services across a defined set of accounts. You will work alongside internal Salesforce pre-sales engineers and with leaders in our markets to orchestrate customer engagement, demonstrations, and sales activities.
