About the role
This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado with the expectation to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, system administrators, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance our business processes and drive efficiency.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using tools like REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Implement and maintain complex workflows, process automation, and data validation rules to streamline business processes.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, providing timely support and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices to continually enhance system capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer, with a focus on enterprise-level development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Familiarity with declarative development tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Strong ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable incorporating AI tools into your development workflow — using tools like Cursor, Copilot, or agentic coding assistants to accelerate delivery without sacrificing code quality.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes is desirable.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

Benefits
- Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants: The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
- The role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.
