Client: State of Connecticut Department of Children & Families (CT DCF) – Hartford, CT (hybrid contract, C2C/W2). Local candidates only; must be within 2-hour (preferably 1-hour) driving distance of Hartford for in-person interviews and on-site work. Immediate interviews and start preferred.
About the Role
The Senior Salesforce Developer will support existing custom Salesforce applications and participate in the development of the next-generation CT-KIND Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS). The developer will work closely with agency teams and the System Integrator to support development, knowledge transfer, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.

- 13+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of core Salesforce development
- Apex / Apex OOP
- Salesforce Lightning
- Visualforce
- SOQL
- CRUD Design Patterns
- Object-Oriented Programming
- .NET OOP / SOA
- JavaScript Frameworks
- SQL
- Full Stack / End-to-End Web Development
- Strong SDLC experience: Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Maintenance & Support
