Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce administration activities, including security configuration, user management, and data governance.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the application development lifecycle.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Mentor and guide developers, administrators, and junior team members.
• Support deployment, testing, and release management activities across Salesforce environments.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex development.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Administration, including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, workflows, validation rules, and security models.
• Experience designing and developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with data migration, data management, and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, performance optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and leading technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, release management, and governance frameworks.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Able to influence technical decisions and provide strategic guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities.
