Salesforce Architect - Agentforce & Data Cloud

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Agentforce and Data Cloud (Data 360) to design and deliver next-generation Salesforce solutions. You'll work across Salesforce CRM, unified customer data, AI agents and automation, helping organisations turn their Salesforce and customer data strategy into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360 and core Salesforce platforms.
• Design and implement Agentforce solutions including agents, topics, actions, grounding and automation.
• Architect Data Cloud solutions covering data ingestion, data modelling, identity resolution, unified customer profiles and calculated insights.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using APIs, MuleSoft and event-driven architectures.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and practical technical solutions.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical design sessions and architecture reviews.
• Establish best practices around Salesforce security, data governance, integration and performance.
• Work closely with developers, data teams and business stakeholders throughout implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including significant Salesforce architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Data Cloud capabilities including Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, Identity Resolution and Calculated Insights.
• Experience with Agentforce Builder, Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates and grounding.
• Strong Salesforce platform and integration knowledge, including REST/SOAP APIs.
