About The Role We’re looking for a skilled Contract Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing management, optimization, and evolution of our Salesforce environment. This role is critical to enabling our go-to-market teams as we scale and requires someone who can operate independently, move quickly, and translate business needs into reliable, well-designed Salesforce solutions. You’ll work closely with GTM, RevOps, and leadership to ensure Salesforce is configured to support growth, automation, and visibility across the business. Responsibilities Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settingsConfigure and customize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reportsBuild and maintain automations and data flows that support GTM and operational workflowsTroubleshoot issues, manage data integrity, and perform regular system auditsDesign and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, operations, and leadershipManage data imports, exports, and cleanup using tools like Data Loader and CloudingoPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsProvide user support, documentation, and light training as neededCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors on Salesforce-related initiativesEnsure best practices around performance, security, and compliance Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce AdministratorHands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud is a plus)Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and reportingExperience supporting GTM or RevOps teamsSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and deliver in a contract environment Nice to Have Deep experience with Flow Builder and advanced automationFamiliarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party appsExperience in high-growth startups or scaling organizationsAdditional Salesforce certificationsExperience managing Clari, Nooks, Clay, or ZoomInfo
