About the role

Fuse3 is looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to support and enhance a Workforce Management solution built on the Salesforce platform. This contract role focuses on daily administration, troubleshooting, and APEX development to ensure smooth, reliable system performance.

No sponsorship or CDC candidates able to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Salesforce forms
• Manage field-level security, validations, and permissions
• Develop, update, and optimize APEX code
• Administer user profiles and service accounts
• Write and tune SOQL queries, including cross-object and performance-focused queries
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain platform stability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide clear status updates

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform
• Proficiency in APEX development
• Advanced SOQL query skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on time

Pay

$85,000 - $100,000 USD
