Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer for a long-term contract engagement within our IT department. In this role, you will focus on the daily management, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing of our Workforce solution built on Salesforce. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, resolve technical issues, and support our critical workforce operations.

Location

Oklahoma City, OK (Hybrid - 2 days on-site, 3 days remote)

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, update, and maintain forms
• Configure, update, and maintain field-level security and validations on forms
• APEX Development
• Manage profiles for users and service accounts
• Strong SOQL usage skills, including optimizing queries for best performance and handling cross-table queries
• Excellent communication, including status reporting and requirements discovery with business stakeholders
• Work independently and complete tasks in a timely fashion

Requirements

• Confident knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including navigation and managing forms and field-level security
