About the role
Salesfloor Team Associate position available at Neighborhood Market #4667 in Clearwater, FL. This is a part-time role with Mid-Shift and Closing shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service on the salesfloor
- Assist customers with finding products
- Maintain store appearance and organization
- Support merchandise stocking and recovery
Pay
Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
