Join our Lancing branch as a Sales Valuer, with OTE up to £50,000, reporting to the Branch Partner. What you'll be doing Deliver accurate property valuations using market data and industry best practice.Build strong client relationships and provide expert property advice.Analyse market trends to support accurate pricing and strong conversion.Work closely with internal teams to achieve shared results.Stay up to date with regulations and industry standards.Mentor team members and support performance improvement.Improve valuation processes and efficiency.
