Sales Training Program – Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer
About the role
Your journey begins with an immersive one-month virtual classroom experience, where you'll build a strong foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations. After completing the virtual classroom, you'll transition into a comprehensive 12-month development program designed to accelerate your success.

Qualifications

Pay
To assist with the transition you are covered with a monthly base during the 12 month training program. Established Loan Officers in our program routinely earn $100,000+
