Sales Training Program – Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer

About the role

Your journey begins with an immersive one-month virtual classroom experience, where you'll build a strong foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations. After completing the virtual classroom, you'll transition into a comprehensive 12-month development program designed to accelerate your success.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly skill-building sessions
• Receive personalized one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders
• Apply what you've learned through real-world customer interactions

Requirements

• Experience in sales, particularly in the lending business
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to build trust and serve as a trusted advisor

Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain and pay for your NMLS license
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including sitting for extended periods

Pay

To assist with the transition, you are covered with a monthly base during the 12 month training program. Established Loan Officers in our program routinely earn $100,000+

Schedule

The schedule is flexible to accommodate the needs of the candidate and the company, but typically includes a mix of virtual and in-person training sessions, along with ongoing support and coaching.
