Sales Trainer - Scottsdale

Responsibilities

• Training and coordinating classes for new hires and continuing education training programs.
• Maintain adequate inventory of classroom materials and equipment as necessary to create and maintain training registration, attendance, and completion records.
• Provide on-the-job coaching to new hires while on the phones in the training classroom.
• Evaluate, measure, and track the progress of training participants, providing feedback, and hiring recommendations to managers.
• Organize and write basic communication materials for weekly training briefings.
• Maintain new hire employee records, including coaching information.

Requirements

• BA or equivalent work experience is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of delivering sales, product and customer service training programs for new hires in inbound/outbound call center, ideally in the travel industry.
• Previous experience facilitating or creating sales curriculum.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the travel industry preferred.
