About the role
The ideal candidate will oversee training for new hires across various Wyndham brands, including Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham, and Margaritaville Vacations Club. They will also support the Specialist Presenter team, ensuring compliance and conducting performance evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver new hire training curriculum in both classroom and virtual settings
- Facilitate “Road to Success” 12-week follow-up trainings and tests
- Oversee and improve sales performance metrics (VPG and close %)
- Coach underperforming sales reps and partner with sales managers
- Support new technology rollouts and sales initiatives
- Train site leaders and representatives on new technologies
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year successful Wyndham sales experience
- Front line and In-House experience is a plus
- A minimum of 1 year sales management experience preferred
- Proven track record with the ability to Train On-Time (T.O.)
- Specialist Presenter experience preferred
- Must obtain a real estate or timeshare license in the state where you reside, if applicable
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms and iPad operation
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees professionally
- Effective time management and organizational skills
Skills
- Ability to identify and implement opportunities within the training department, sales lines, specialist presenters, and sales processes
- Knowledge of Wyndham Rewards and Clarity Pay, as well as other required training courses
- Experience with new technology rollouts and sales initiatives
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) capability to support new technology adoption and utilization
