About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our global commercial effectiveness team. The Sales Trainer will inspire excellence across our commercial teams by creating and implementing training, onboarding, and continuous learning processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement training processes for the sales team including onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching aids.
- Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions, product trainings, and advanced sales skills workshops – virtually and in person.
- Partner with sales leadership to align training programs with sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Enable ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives to help them achieve their sales targets, assist managers with training aspects of employees’ development plans.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for the sales methodology, sales performance management and coaching.
- Work with other functions to ensure that training aligns to the requirements of the sales teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training programs and projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related scientific field or business administration.
- 5+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven experience in sales training, learning & development or sales enablement.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, sales process, and sales enablement tools.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) platforms and authoring tools.
- Dynamic facilitator with strong communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Exhibits strong ownership and initiative, consistently staying ahead of priorities, identifying potential obstacles, and taking action to prevent or mitigate them.

Pay
Pay Range: $100,800.00 - $165,600.00
