Sales Trainee - Merchandiser

About the Role

The Merchandiser I performs merchandising activities in retail accounts, including constructing displays, stocking products, and installing promotional materials to meet display objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build displays, update pricing, and manage special offers within assigned territories.
• Maintain positive relationships with retail customers.
• Ensure proper product display and placement on shelves, displays, and cold boxes.
• Install point-of-sale materials as directed.
• Perform additional duties related to merchandising and stock management.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to maintain auto insurance.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws affecting the beverage/alcohol industry.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Physical Demands

• Ability to walk, bend, reach, stand, squat, and lift up to 48 lbs.
• Capable of sitting, typing, and working with computers or mobile devices.
• May need to perform activities involving pushing, pulling, or carrying.
