Responsibilities
- Explore dealership operations: rotate through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
- Build sales skills: learn relationship development, product knowledge, inventory management, and how to navigate company systems and processes.
- Engage and grow: participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training while representing RDO professionally.
- Represent RDO with pride: maintain a professional image, follow safety protocols, and support a positive team environment.
Requirements
