What You'll Be Doing
- Possess and develop new client relationships through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to maximize revenue
- Present tailored logistics solutions to clients based on market trends and customer needs
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside-outside sales—logistics or freight brokerage experience is a major plus
- A hunter mentality with a relationship-builder's heart
- Strong account management and client-facing communication skills
- Data-savvy mindset to analyze customer needs and market trends
- Experience with tech sales or CRM tools is a bonus
