Core Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of assigned sales technologies.
- Configure and maintain sales technologies and related tools.
- Manage user access, permissions, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support integrations between sales systems and Salesforce.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Maintain system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help maintain data accuracy, consistency, and overall platform health.
Workflow & Adoption
- Translate business requirements into practical workflows and system solutions.
- Manage and maintain intake processes and workflow tools.
- Support technology rollouts, enhancements, and user onboarding.
- Create and maintain process documentation and user resources.
- Serve as a resource for tool-related questions and support requests.
- Promote consistent use of tools, processes, and best practices.
Optimization & Innovation
- Monitor usage, adoption, and workflow effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and optimization opportunities.
- Recommend process improvements and automation solutions.
- Support practical AI use cases that improve seller productivity.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting inputs and operational visibility.
- Stay informed on emerging sales technology capabilities and industry best practices.
