Core Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of assigned sales technologies.
  • Configure and maintain sales technologies and related tools.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Support integrations between sales systems and Salesforce.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
  • Maintain system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help maintain data accuracy, consistency, and overall platform health.

Workflow & Adoption

  • Translate business requirements into practical workflows and system solutions.
  • Manage and maintain intake processes and workflow tools.
  • Support technology rollouts, enhancements, and user onboarding.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and user resources.
  • Serve as a resource for tool-related questions and support requests.
  • Promote consistent use of tools, processes, and best practices.

Optimization & Innovation

  • Monitor usage, adoption, and workflow effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and optimization opportunities.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation solutions.
  • Support practical AI use cases that improve seller productivity.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting inputs and operational visibility.
  • Stay informed on emerging sales technology capabilities and industry best practices.
