You will work directly with stakeholders to understand how the business operates today — and where it needs to go tomorrow. Through interviews, data analysis, and documentation review, you’ll define requirements, clarify scope, and uncover opportunities to improve how the CRM supports sales and operational workflows.
You’ll analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making. You’ll prioritize recommendations based on business impact and feasibility, and clearly present findings and solutions to stakeholders and leadership.

What You Bring to the Table
- Candidate must be based in New Jersey.
- Must have experience with cross functionally with a Sales team.
- 5+ years of experience with CRM products with the majority of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Apps technical solutions.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
- Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform.
- Experience with the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
- Experience working with a team to deliver large, complex technology projects.
- Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to change directions quickly and nimbly.
