Job Summary
The primary responsibility is working with customers (dealers and end-users) to find the products that best meet their needs through live equipment demonstrations, walk-arounds, and presentations. This also includes providing operational, safety, and mechanical training.
Essential Job Functions/Duties
- Provide necessary support to Regional Sales Managers and Dealers to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals.
- Learn to be proficient in demonstrating our products and performing walk-around presentations for potential customers.
- Investigate problems; develop solutions and make recommendations to management to resolve customer complaints.
- Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.
- Provide operational and basic service training for customers.
