What You'll Do
- Generate new business by working residential neighborhoods and identifying homeowners who may need roof inspections, repairs, or replacement services
- Conduct property inspections and educate homeowners on available solutions; no roofing experience is required and training is provided
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process and help move projects from inspection to signed agreement
- Close deals with support from internal production, supplement, and insurance processing teams
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members as you build your presence in the Wichita market
- Lead by example in a performance-driven environment and help improve both individual and team results over time
What Success Looks Like
- In the first 6 to 12 months, success in this role will likely include:
- Building a steady pipeline of qualified homeowner opportunities in your assigned market
- Consistently closing roofing and restoration projects and creating predictable monthly income through your own production
- Becoming effective at property inspections, homeowner education, and insurancerelated sales conversations
- Helping attract, onboard, and develop new sales team members while maintaining strong personal performance
- Earning increased leadership responsibility and positioning yourself for advancement from Team Leader to Market Leader

- Sales, door-to-door, canvassing, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required

Compensation Snapshot
- $90,000 to $220,000+ per year
- Full-time, commission-based role with uncapped earning potential
- Weekly pay
- $100 per qualified prospect, with no cap
- $2,500 to $6,000+ per closed project
- Leadership overrides as you build your team
