Role Overview As a Team Leader, you will create memorable customer experiences by applying service standards, leading a team, and supporting store operations. You will assist in departments like customer service, merchandising, stock management, and visual presentation, ensuring a seamless shopping environment. Your responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and maintaining store readiness.
