Sales Team Lead (Part Time)

Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will create memorable customer experiences by applying service standards, leading a team, and supporting store operations. You will assist in departments like customer service, merchandising, stock management, and visual presentation, ensuring a seamless shopping environment. Your responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and maintaining store readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service using the C.H.A.R.M model
• Foster a positive team culture by sharing feedback and upholding core values
• Lead sales efforts through effective engagement and strategies
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high service standards
• Stay informed about products and brand initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Follow policies on asset protection, inventory, and compliance

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2-3 years of retail experience, with leadership preferred
• Ability to move merchandise, climb ladders, and lift 30+ pounds
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
• Strong reading, comprehension, and computer skills
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay

• Part-time position with competitive pay ($17.00 - $21.00)
