Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Provide guidance and support on escalations, complex cases, and day-to-day operational challenges.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Drive accountability by setting clear expectations and following up on commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, processes, and customer outcomes.
- Deliver regular reporting on team performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify training needs and implement development plans to strengthen team capability.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on results, ownership, and continuous improvement.
