Sales Team Assistant

About the role

This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who loves meeting new people, encouraging others, and creating an exceptional teammate experience. From the first interview through onboarding and beyond, you'll play a key role in helping our sales teammates thrive.

Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit top sales talent.
• Champion the teammate referral program.
• Screen candidates, interview top prospects, and coordinate final interviews.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Foster sales teammate engagement.
• Proactively support sales teammate retention.
• Clock branch and recruiting events.
• Clock teammate recognition and celebrations.
• Support the Sales Manager with key projects.
• Help build an exceptional teammate experience.
• Answer prospective customer calls and process new leads.

Qualifications / Skills

• Experience recruiting door-to-door, commission salespeople is firmly required.
• Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and solve problems proactively.
• Prefer to work within a coordinated system following defined processes.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
• Need to be a strong user of Google Workspace - Calendar, Sheets, Slides.

Pay

The salary range is $65,000-$75,000 plus a Recruiting/Retention Bonus and participation in our Branch Reward Program.

Schedule

You’ll work in the branch office Monday-Friday (7:30-4:30 or 8:00-5:00). Our office is near Santa Fe & Evans with ample parking.
